The Philips 37PFL5522 has a 37-inch LCD screen which has a glossy black finish to it, although the TV does look great that is not its greatest feature. The best feature I would say has to be how it uses hardly any power when in standby mode; the 37PFL5522 uses 156 watts when in use and only 1 watt when the TV has been powered down.

The TV comes complete with a desktop stand and built in Freeview to give your more choice when watching TV. The 5000:1 contrast ratio is average but still high for an LCD panel.
