Sony has launched eight new widescreen LCD projectors, these new front projectors have been targeted for meetings and other small environments. As with all models there has to be a top of the range, in this case the C-series is that with the CW125 topping that range.
Sony has a target in mind, and that is to be in direct competition with Sanyo’s new WXU10, as that model is Sony’s closest rival.
In the C-series are six projectors, the CW125, CX155, and CX125 are the better models, as their brightness ranges from 2,700 to 3,500 lumens, they also have a networking feature. The other three models in the range are the CX100, CX120, and CX150.
The other two models are from the E-series, the EX4 has a resolution of 1024×768 and a brightness of 2,100 Lumens, while the ES4 has a resolution of 800×600 and a brightness of 2,200 Lumens.
Prices range from $1,030 for the basic model to $3,300 for the top of the range.
