Samsung Electronics have just announced that they are expanding their alliance with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd, what they will be doing is bringing Samsung HDTV’s on board Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise Ships. These state-of-the-art TV’s will be fitted to Royal Caribbean’s fast growing fleet, this also includes the much-anticipated Genesis class ship. This class of ship will be almost forty percent larger than other ships in their fleet.

In the newest of Royal Caribbean’s cruise ships Samsung will supply about 10,000 of these LCD HDTV’s, it will take from now until 2010 to fit all these Televisions on board. Many of the TV’s will be specially designed to go with the ships design.
