Samsung have announced a new TV the LN52F91BD, this 52-inch television has a resolution of 1080p and features multi-color LED backlit technology which also has local dimming. The Samsung LN52F91BD uses the local dimming to great use by implementing a dynamic contrast ratio, this helps to save at least 50% of the energy that another 52-inch TV would use.
At the moment the Samsung LN52F91BD will only be available in Korea at the end of October, the cost of the TV will be about $6,760.
