For anyone who knows their TV’s they will know that Pioneer has always favoured Plasma televisions. However that is about to change as the manufacture has announced that they are about to enter the LCD market.
Pioneer has sold over 700,000 plasma TVs in the last ten years, the release just how popular the LCD TVs have become. This news comes after Sharp has acquired a 14% stake in the company. Pioneer say that they will only produce smaller screen LCD TVs, and not anything from 42-inch and above.
