PC World have now introduced a new TV package that offers you all your entertainment needs in the way of a 26-inch Philips HD-ready LCD TV, and also a small but fast performing Philips EasylifeLX2000 PC. Having this PC will hopefully take the place of a PVR, which means that you can record all your TV programs as well as pause and rewind live TV.
The TV itself has a 26 inch screen, but if you like bigger then you will be pleased to know that 32 inch is also avalible. There is not much info on the TV, but it does have two HDMI ports, we will have to wait a bit longer for specs that are more detailed.
The Philips EasylifeLX2000 Pc has T2060 Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor with a speed of 1.60GHz and a FSB of 533MHz, and a 1MB Cache. The computer has 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive.
Specifications for the Philips PC and HDTV package are:
• 1.60GHz, 533MHz FSB, 1MB Cache
• 1024MB RAM Memory
• Windows Vista
• 160GB Hard Drive
• Built-In TV Tuner + Remote Control
• Dual Layer DVD ReWriter Drive
• 26″ Philips HDTV
• 2 x HDMI Ports
The Good: Perfect for all your entertainment needs.
The Bad: Low end TV, do not expect much performance
