When it comes to flat panel plasma TV’s Panasonic has to be one of or if not the best on the market; however that normally comes at a high price. Well I was surprised to learn that the new TH-37PX80B is affordable, and Panasonic have not cut any corners when it comes to the styling just to save a little money.

And do not think that Panasonic will short change you when it comes to your connection ports, as there are three HDMI inputs which are just perfect for all the extras you wish to add. However the HDMI is only v1.2 so will not offer the kind of deep colours that are available on other brands of TV’s on the market.

You have to remember that the Panasonic TH-37PX80B is towards the bottom of the market so some sacrifices have to be made, one of these is that the TV is not Full HD just HD Ready so image quality is a little lower than what we would of liked.
