Gefen have announced that they are to release a range of HD converters, extenders. First on that list is the cheapest from the bunch the Digital Audio to HDMI Adapter, this allows you to run both component and Toslink connection through one HDMI cable, this will have a price tag of $249.
Next on the ever expanding list from Gefen is something from its PVR line-up; this will have an HD iteration and will support HDMI and is able to record HDCP-compliant sources in 1080p.
Gefen have even more new releases from Component Audio Extender where audio files can be transferred up to 330-feet away.
