This is the Sharp Aquos G series which gives us another 16 new HDTV models with a nice 81mm deep slim design and 120Hz technology.

The Sharp Aquos G Series LCDs have an ASV liquid crystal panel and come in sizes from 26 to 52 inches; they have a field of view of 176 degrees, a brightness of 450cd/m2 and a contrast of 2000:1.

For the Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 you will want a size between 37 and 52 inches, while the 26 and 32 inch models have a lesser 1366×768 resolution (which still looks stunning because of a smaller screen).

The models with the speakers under the panel include LC-26GH3, LC-32GH3, LC-37GX3W, LC-42GX3W, LC-46GX35, LC-46GX3W, LC-52GX35 and LC-52GX3W.

The other design in the Aquos G series are TVs with the speakers on the sides, these models include LC-26GH4, LC-32GH4, LC-37GX4W, LC-42GX4W, LC-46GX45, LC-46GX4W, LC-52GX45 and LC- 52GX4W.

The date set in Japan for the release of all 16 Aquos TVs is August 21st.
